Year-End CFO Duties

by | Dec 6, 2016 | Money

Xero is one of my favorite accounting software. They also have a very robust blog and content. I came across this article recently and thought it was an excellent summary of year end activities. This is the kind of work a CFO (or a CPA acting in the CFO role) can do at year end to help your business.

Note that Xero is an Australian based company, so some of the terms have different names. For example: Stack Take = Taking Inventory

These adjustments can be based on subjective ideas — so understanding how they are being done is important. Because they can be a great tool to accomplish your business goals
