Great article from a great guy. I have to agree with Mitch on this major point: In a world of shrinking pay and larger and larger gap between rich and poor — the ability to be flexible in your job is a new form of wealth. Deciding to stay at home with kids or to work is fast becoming a non-binary decision. You don’t do one or the other — everyone does some shades of both. The same is true of jobs — more and more people have multiple sources of income — which only makes people more flexible and resilient.

All in all a solid read if you are in the gigger area!
